Remember - Mental Health day is here to help raise awareness of our health and wellbeing, but our mental wellbeing is a daily process, full of ups and downs, good days and not so good days, and times when we feel overwhelmed. The Mental Health Foundation offers some excellent resources and material the whole year round to help support you and those around you.
"On World Mental Health Day, let’s all come together to talk about mental health and show everyone that mental health matters. Talking about our mental health can help us cope better with life’s ups and downs. So, on World Mental Health Day and beyond it, why not check in with your friends, family, peers, or colleagues?" - Mental Health Foundation
