Triad Therapy aims to help those suffering from mental health conditions, and to also educate and change negative perceptions around this topic - offering affordable and accessible services and information to the wider community.

We're based in Burnley, East Lancashire, nestled in the beautiful Pennines. Our practice is welcoming and relaxed.

Our Therapists are members of the B.A.C.P (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), and the N.C.P.S (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society), and work within the principles of their ethical frameworks.

Our goal is to help you grow from your issues with our range of therapies, assist you with healing from your pain,
and help move you forward to where you want to be.
